Caving Trip Prices
Our intention at GoCave is to be completely open and honest about our pricing structure, however there are some events which will always require costing differently. Particularly as we try to avoid delivering off the shelf courses.
For group bookings such as friends, families, stag and hen do’s we have fixed prices and have included below our standard price structure for tailored private booking as a guide.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
All technical clothing, footwear and safety equipment are provided within the cost. We will also, where possible, supply a waterproof camera to ensure that memories of your day are captured, these will be made available to you via USB, disc or our Flickr site. Food and transport are not included in our price. All activities are self-drive.
STANDARD PRICING, as of 1st January 2023
The pricing matrix below is our standard tariff of prices that will cover the majority of private bookings. For school/education and youth organisation packages and multiple sessions where higher level staffing or additional services are required will affect the costs so all larger events and bespoke training will be quoted for on a booking by booking basis.

PRIVATE EVENTS/Youth/Education/Corporate
Please contact us for a quote if you are looking to book a private event such as a school or educational trip, youth organisation or corporate event as these often have higher staffing ratios or require additional resources above and beyond the regular caving trips. However this does not mean they are necessarily more expensive and in some cases the number of places booked can drive prices lower.
PRIVATE ACTIVITIES & BESPOKE EVENTS PRICES
Private/Bespoke bookings are our speciality and create an affordable option for individuals or groups of any size. We can cater for single sessions or large groups, multi activity days or larger multi-day events. Each booking is as individual as the group or individual booking it.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All costs will be made clear up front, there are no hidden charges and we do not add VAT to any prices, the cost you are quoted is what you will pay. Please note your booking will not go live until a deposit or full payment and our booking form has been returned, please do not assume that declaring an intent to book a specific date will guarantee the date remains free and available to you.
We can accept payment for our services in the following ways:
- Debit or Credit card transactions l
- Direct payment via our PayPal.me account
- Direct bank account (BACS) transfer
- Cheque (must clear 28 days or more prior to the booking)
