The following document is provided to explain how we as a business will make decisions to how a course runs or not. It also includes a series of questions and agreements that we will ask you to agree to prior to a course. This will help inform your decisions when choosing to join/participate in any of our activities with GoCave or Adventure Vertical we will use these principles to guide our decisions along side our Generic and site specific risk assessments and will request that you answer the included questions truthfully for the safety of all.
We have amended our terms and Conditions during this period and should you need to cancel due to COVID 19 you will be entitled to full refund. However as a small provider we would ask that you consider a postponemnet of your activity, this will assist ourselves as a small business to recover and move forward from this highly unusual and challenging time.
