COVID 19 and how we’re working to safeguard against.

No doubt you are like us carefully watching developments surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation.

Our principles are:
• To keep our employees, both fulltime and associate staff, and clients safe
• To continue to serve customers with the highest standards possible
• To do our part to slow community spread, so that the most vulnerable people are able to get the care they need

We understand that this is a rapidly evolving situation and we are encouraging all of our employees and customers to put their health and wellbeing first so that we can continue to operate effectively and help prevent the spread of disease.

We want to assure you that while we do not anticipate significant disruptions to our operations as a result of the Coronavirus, we are prepared. We are working with our First Aid suppliers to get antiviral control measures in place but with the heavy demand at this time and the prioritising of public health care establishments this may take some time. However, we will have with us, soap and water should you wish or need to wash your hands at the start or close of sessions and medical grade anti bacterial wipes for during sessions.

With that in mind, we would ask that if any of our customer’s visiting us are confirmed to have COVID-19, or have displayed any of the symptoms highlighted by Public health England and have not followed the self-isolation guidelines, that they let us know so we can plan appropriately.

As all our activities are bespoke, then it will only ever be your family or group that will be on the session, we do not run back to back courses with clients thus all Personal Protective Equipment is able to return to base after use and be washed before its next use. We are in dialogue with our equipment suppliers to ensure that if/when a suitable disinfectant becomes available for use on PPE, then we will immediately source it, however many products on the market contain chemicals which will damage PPE.

We understand that you may be reviewing your activity and holiday plans, if you would like to discuss, please get in touch. Any bookings that require postponement due to illness or health concerns during this time will incur no further administrative charges and a new date in the future will be made available to you as per our Terms and Conditions, available on our website.

Thank you for continued support.
